When is Coremetrics University?Coremetrics University, an optional day of classroom instruction and hands-on labs, will be held Tuesday, April 27, 2010. When is Client Summit? The Coremetrics Client Summit will be held Wednesday and Thursday, April 28-29, 2010. Please see the agenda for a day by day schedule of events. We hope you can make it to Austin for the opening night! Badge and packet pickup opens at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Client Summit sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. We will be offering a breakfast to kick off the day starting at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Where is Coremetrics University and Client Summit being held? How do I register?Online registration will begin on January 4, 2010. You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or purchase order. All Coremetrics University and Client Summit fees must be received by Thursday, April 22, 2010, at 5:00 p.m. REGISTER NOW How much does it cost to attend the event?

How Do I Obtain The Alumni Price? In order to qualify for the discounted alumni price, please contact Client Summit Headquarters at 650-637-7731 or via email at clientsummit@coremetrics.com for verification of past attendance. Is Coremetrics University included in the price of admission? No. The price for Coremetrics University (optional training day) is $499.00. What does the Coremetrics University price include? The Coremetrics University fee includes: • Access to advanced training courses on April 27, 2010 • Continental breakfast, lunch, and break refreshments • Training materials for all sessions What does the Client Summit price include? The Client Summit fee includes: • Admission to all general and breakout sessions • Welcome reception and dinner, Tuesday, April 27 • Breakfast, lunch, breaks, and refreshments on April 28-29 • Access to the Partner Pavilion • Access to Coremetrics Ask the Experts • All conference materials • Evening dinner event on Wednesday, April 28 What is the dress for Coremetrics University and Client Summit? Business Casual Will I receive a registration confirmation letter? How soon? Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email once we have processed your registration, received payment for your registration fee, and confirmed your booking with the hotel (if you requested a hotel room). How can I obtain an invoice to provide to my company? The confirmation email you receive after approval of your registration will serve as your receipt. It contains a summary of fees paid. What is the process to request special needs (food requirements, hearing impaired, etc.)? Please send your requests via email to clientsummit@coremetrics.com and we will make every attempt to accommodate your needs. What is the cancellation and substitution policy? Unfortunately we cannot process cancellations. However if you cannot attend the Client Summit, you are welcome to send someone in your place. If you need to do this, please send an email to clientsummit@coremetrics.com with the details of the person that will be attending for you. If you are not sending a replacement, it is still important to notify clientsummit@coremetrics.com that you will not be attending to ensure your hotel is canceled. TRAVEL AND LODGING What airport should I fly into? Please book your travel into the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). You are responsible for your own flight and ground transportation to Client Summit. How should I book my hotel reservations? To assure the best rate, please reserve your room online through the Client Summit site during the registration process. Coremetrics has negotiated a special room rate of $168.00 plus taxes at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. Please make your Client Summit and hotel reservations with us as soon as possible as rooms are booked based on availability. What is Austin weather like in April? Average temperatures in late April are 79 degrees Fahrenheit in the daytime hours and 58 degrees Fahrenheit in the evening hours. A light jacket is recommended. How do I get from the airport to Client Summit? You should plan to arrange your own transportation from the airport to Client Summit: • Airport: Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) • Taxi: Rate from the airport is approximately $35.00 each way.
